New Wave Offshore announces the successful completion of an accommodation vessel review and selection for a major FPSO operation. New Wave Offshore’s early involvement and thorough technical assessment prevented potential gaps and ensured the proper vessel was chosen for the campaign’s long-term success.
After New Wave Offshore conducted desktop reviews, the contracting company selected a more suitable vessel based on findings and suggestions. New Wave Offshore executed a suitability survey, assisted in bridging and other document reviews, HAZID, and risk assessments, designed an on-hire DP survey, witnessed that survey, assisted in a Critical Actions Registry, and supported the closeouts.
New Wave Offshore then provided an accommodation vessel manager and coordinator onboard for the campaign’s duration to help manage scope, personnel, and risk.
