Goals
1. Identify the major catastrophic failures that would lead the port to closure, assess the estimated time needed to resume operations based on current procedures, response, and infrastructure in place.
2. Quickly resume operations, identify areas needing improvement, which when improved would lead to a more resilient port, and resume revenue gain.
Deliverables
1. Identified possible catastrophic failures of the port and surrounding areas that would affect the port.
2. Identified consequences of these failures and the current infrastructure, measures, and response procedures in place to mitigate these failures.
3. Delivered document of findings and assessment of resilience to the main catastrophic failures.
