Michael Friedman is a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience creating, scaling, and monetizing ventures that deliver strong returns for stakeholders.

He has founded and led companies from inception through liquidity events (including going public), and his roles have provided him with deep operational and transactional expertise.

Over his career, Mr. Friedman has raised capital from private and institutional investors, structured successful exits, and consistently driven top-line growth while enhancing enterprise value.

His leadership spans building high-performing teams, managing complex operations, and navigating regulatory frameworks to achieve competitive advantage in private and public markets.

He is currently an executive at and serves on the boards of multiple technology and consumer products companies, where his responsibilities include strategy, scaling, and capital market positioning.  

Mr. Friedman earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation and Juris Doctor (J.D.). Mr. Friedman is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (expected 2026).
